Educational objectives
Through practical cases, we discuss common gynecological problems in children and adolescents, such as vulvovaginitis, lichen sclerosus, prepubescent vaginal bleeding, and menstrual disorders in young children, and explain the main diagnostic and therapeutic steps.
How should I examine a child? What should I consider? What are the useful assessment steps, and what should absolutely be avoided? And when is a referral to a pediatric and adolescent gynecologist advisable?
